How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are provided through DICE. You will claim your tickets via your DICE account. For questions about DICE, please visit www.dice.fm/help

When & where do I pick up my ticket?

You can pick up your bracelet at the Villa Erba entrance box office, located in Largo Luchino Visconti 4, Cernobbio. Everybody needs a bracelet to enter the Villa Erba premises and the Show Floor. Check-in starts at 2pm on Friday until 9 pm; 8:30am on Saturday; 9:30am on Sunday. If you already have your bracelet, you will be able to line up in front of the gate to enter as soon as the gates open. In order to optimize your time and avoid the Saturday check in line, we suggest you pick up your bracelet on Friday if you are present that day.

What's the refund policy?

LCCAF tickets are non-refundable but are upgradable: please contact us in case of need. LCCAF bracelets are also non-resellable and non-transferable.

If I leave, can I come back in?

As long as you keep your bracelet on, you can get in and out as many times as you wish. Please notice that bracelets are non-resellable and non-transferable and that the unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the bracelet is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the bracelet without compensation. Each bracelet must be used by the same person for each day of the event.

Do children enter for free?

One child up to the age of 13 can enter for free with a paying adult. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite and note that all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

Can I bring my pet?

If you have pets, please leave them at home. Villa Erba will not allow animals — except for service animals — into the building.

Where can I find parking?

There's an uncovered parking open 7AM-2AM in Via Regina 2, Cernobbio (same street as the Festival, 300 meters from visitors’ entrance), € 10.00 per day, per car. There's another one 500 meters further north, in Via Della Libertà.

What's the wifi situation?

The Villa Erba Convention Center has been fitted with wireless Internet access system. This service includes FREE wireless Internet access up to 256K of bandwidth. The free Wi-Fi service has been optimized for light business uses such as simple web browsing and e-mail. Video streaming and other high bandwidth needs will be better served by your own mobile connection.

Is there an ATM inside the Festival and can we pay with a credit card?

The closest ATM is located OUTSIDE the Villa Erba, at Carige Bank in Via Regina 2 (200 meters from visitors' entrance) and another one at BCC Cantù Bank in Via Plinio 2 (300 meters). Some artists will accept credit card payments but not all of them. Some will have a Paypal option and might (or might not) have other e-payment methods available. Dealers most definitely will.

What’s the VIP opening night reception?

Our VIP Opening Night Reception is an exclusive event to relax the night before the Festival, enjoying the Lake Como view from the Villa Erba halls and garden. A full buffet is included, together with the chance of mingling with all the pros for a different kind of interaction. Reception etiquette is not asking for sketches or autographs.

When will I receive my VIP sketch?

Each VIP Ticket includes one signed original sketch by Alex Ross or Bill Sienkiewicz. The VIP sketch will be given at check in and at random. You will not be able to choose the sketch and neither the artist.

When will I receive my LCCAF Portfolio?

The LCCAF portfolio, included for free in the VIP and All access passes and the early purchasers of the weekend pass will be given at the check in. It contains exclusive prints that artists will sign for free during the Festival. VIP pass holders will be able to purchase 1 extra portfolio per ticket at a discounted price of 70€ upon check in only. A very limited number will be available for purchase at the LCCAF booth at 100€ for everyone.

Is there an exclusive item for VIP ?

Yes, an exclusive LCCAF print from Alex Ross Art will be included for free for VIP tickets only. This very limited edition print can be picked up at the Alex Ross booth in room L3. This print will NOT be available for purchase and was produced only for the VIP attendees.
